Judge Ginsberg has been recognized throughout his legal and judicial career for excellence and service, including being recommended in past elections by The Dallas Morning News.

In 2010, when The Dallas Morning News recommended Judge Ginsberg, they made reference to the diligent work he and his staff did to turn this court around:

"When Judge Carl Ginsberg took the bench...he faced a daunting backlog. The 193rd Civil District Court had more cases pending than any other district court in Dallas County. Three and a half years later, the court had the fewest cases pending. Ginsberg, 40, has proved to be a hard-working judge who has made improving court efficiency a priority."  Read the full article here.

Judge Ginsberg has also been endorsed as qualified in prior elections by the non-partisan Dallas Committee for a Qualified Judiciary. This is a large group of attorneys from both sides of the bar, and with a range of practice histories and perspectives, who evaluate judicial candidates each election cycle.

Judge Ginsberg has over a decade of judicial experience and more than 20 years of combined legal and judicial experience. He is also Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, which Board Certifies only around 7% of licensed attorneys in any field.  In fact, he was so well respected in the field that he was asked to serve on the Exam Committee to write and grade exams for Board Certification Applicants.
